Postage and Delivery

 

Unfortunately we do not deliver outside of Australia at this time.

For individual gift boxes we send via a courier and therefore are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers. Our standard fulfilment and dispatch time is 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is fulfilled.

Estimated standard delivery times are:

• Sydney: 2-3 business day
• Melbourne: 3-4 business days
• Brisbane: 3-4 business days
• Canberra: 3-4 business days
• Adelaide: 3-4 business days
• Hobart: 5-8 business days
• Perth: 7-10 business days
• Darwin: 9-15 business days
• All regional areas: add 2-4 business days to metro estimates

• Orders placed before 2pm are eligible for free next day pick up
• Please select ‘Pick Up’ at checkout
• Once the order is placed, Tiamo Gifts will contact you via email to arrange pick up time and advise you of the address 
• Pick up suburb is Frenchs Forest, NSW, 2086
